Furneaux Lodge accommodation includes Endeavour Suites for two guests with private waterfront views, Tobias Junior Suites with kitchenettes, and Cooks Cottages with separate living spaces. Hiker cabins provide basic bunk rooms for those completing the Queen Charlotte Track, with shared bathroom facilities. The Tobias Junior Suites offer king-size beds that can be split into twins, and some rooms feature kitchenettes for added convenience.

The on-site restaurant serves seasonal cuisine using locally sourced Marlborough ingredients, with options like fish of the day from the Sounds and green-lipped mussels. Breakfast is served continental or buffet style, and packed lunches are available for hikers. Furneaux Lodge provides kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing equipment for guests to use on the inlet. A hot tub overlooking the water, hammocks on the lawn, and expansive grounds offer relaxation options. Bicycle rental, billiards, and board games are available, and the property is a base for hiking the Queen Charlotte Track.

Location & Access

The resort has no road access; scheduled water taxis from Picton transport guests directly to the lodge. Nearby attractions include the Queen Charlotte Track, Motuara Island Wildlife Sanctuary, and Historic Ship Cove. Guests can also walk between Furneaux Lodge and Punga Cove via a scenic trail, with luggage transfer provided between the two properties.
